Bookkeeping that keeps you in the know
Good bookkeeping is more than tidy records. It's knowing where your business stands at any moment, staying MTD-compliant, and turning year-end into a non-event. We keep your Xero accurate and reconciled, so your numbers are always ready when you need them.

How much does bookkeeping cost per month?
Bank reconciliation for up to 50 transactions a month is included in Lumi's Lite package at £180 a month, up to 150 in Core at £250, and full bookkeeping with unlimited reconciliation in Complete at £350. Xero is included in all three, so there's no separate software bill on top.

Books that are always up to date
We keep on top of the day-to-day so your accounts are accurate all year, and your year-end almost prepares itself.
Transaction processing
We record and categorise your sales, purchases and expenses accurately, so every figure in your accounts means something.
Day to DayBank reconciliation
We match your bank feed to your records regularly, catching errors and duplicates early and keeping your cash position accurate.
AccuracyXero set-up & training
As Xero-certified advisors we set up your chart of accounts properly and show you the bits you'll use day to day: invoicing, bills and bank rules.
XeroReceipt & paperwork capture
Snap a receipt and it flows straight into your records with tools like Hubdoc and Dext. No more shoeboxes, and no more VAT going unclaimed.
DigitalVAT-ready records
Your books are kept in the digital, MTD-compliant format that makes quarterly VAT returns quick and accurate. See VAT returns.
MTDManagement information
Up-to-date books mean we can show you real numbers (margins, debtors, cash) whenever you want them, not months after the fact.

A Chartered Accountant in your corner
You deal directly with a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant, not a call centre or a different junior every year.
ICAEW Chartered & qualified
Your accounts are prepared and reviewed by a Chartered Accountant — the gold standard for technical accuracy and trust.
Plain English, always
We explain what your numbers mean and what to do about them. No jargon, no acronym-soup, and none of the pretence that it's more complicated than it really is.
Deadlines never missed
We work to your dates well in advance and chase what we need from you, so late-filing penalties simply don't happen.
Fixed monthly fee
Your accounts and tax come as one transparent monthly fee. There's no hourly billing, and no nasty invoice landing at year-end.
